A medium size established IFA contacted us to help guide their SEO campaigns and grow their local customer base.

Without any real focus, they ranked locally on the first page for a small selection of keywords thanks to the authority they already had built through social media, blogging and PR.

Screen Shot 2016-08-15 at 09.12.15The problem was, there’s only a few searches for those keywords and ideally they need to up the radius they appear for around their offices.

Screen Shot 2016-08-15 at 09.12.32After several planning meetings, we decided on a batch of 12 services scattered across 7 counties in the midlands, making 84 keywords in all, a large campaign.

The website was fairly limited in the number of pages it had, and because of the large number of keyword variations needed we decided a complex landing page structure was needed.

This would also help with the lack of call to action focus.

We designed a new page, focused on a solid call to action and lots of areas for content to tick those Google boxes.

We set our targets to achieve page one rankings for all the services across all the 7 locations within 6 months, but at the 10-week mark something incredible happened.Screen Shot 2016-08-15 at 09.11.15

Between the 16th and 23rd May the landing pages all indexed and grew the rankings phenomenally.

Screen Shot 2016-08-15 at 09.12.45As with most of our campaigns, the link building kicked off in month one and the fruits of that labour came very quickly.

We use Moz.com to monitor our rankings, it details every rank up to 51+, at that point 70% of our rankings went up 50 places, from 51+ to 1. (first image).

This lead to a visibility of nearly 15% across all of their keywords, up from 0.29% in the first few weeks.
